Effective Date: 15 January 2026. This document outlines the precise operational agreements governing your use of the neatvisiono website and the booking of cleaning services in Paris. We treat these terms as a mutual contract of clarity—no hidden clauses, no ambiguous liability.
Scope of Use
The neatvisiono.company website is an informational and booking platform intended for residents and property managers within Paris and the immediate Île-de-France region. By accessing this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into a service agreement.
We reserve the right to refuse service or access to the platform for any user engaging in abusive behavior, fraudulent booking attempts, or violation of French digital commerce regulations. This is not a public forum; it is a transactional interface for a licensed physical service.
Specific Exclusions
- Hazardous waste removal (asbestos, chemical spills)
- Exterior window cleaning above 3rd floor (no balcony access)
- Lifting/moving heavy furniture (>25kg) without prior arrangement
- Pest control or extermination services
Booking & Financial Terms
Payment Structure
Payment is processed securely via Stripe. For one-time bookings, 100% is due at the time of booking. For weekly subscriptions, payment is taken the day prior to service. Prices are quoted in Euros (€) and include VAT (TVA) at 20%.
Cancellation & Reschedule
- > 24 Hours: Full refund or free reschedule.
- < 24 Hours: 50% cancellation fee applies (covers team allocation).
- On Arrival: If access is denied or the site is unsafe, 100% fee retained.
Delays & Disruptions
We aim for punctuality within a 15-minute window. If we anticipate a delay > 30 minutes, you will be notified via SMS. If a delay impacts your checkout time (e.g., Airbnb guest arrival), we offer a 20% credit toward a future booking.
Subscription vs. One-Time
One-Time Deep Clean
Best for: Move-in/Move-out, post-renovation, special events. Base rate + specific add-ons. No commitment.
Weekly Maintenance
Best for: Apartments in the 17th, busy professionals. 15% discount on base rate. Priority booking slots.
Our Recommendation
If you require cleaning more than once a month, the subscription is mathematically superior. It also allows us to assign a consistent cleaner who learns your specific preferences (e.g., "no bleach in the bathroom").
Liability & Insurance Protocols
Civil Liability Insurance
neatvisiono maintains a Civil Liability policy covering damages up to €2,000,000 per incident. This covers accidental breakage of items or property damage caused by team negligence.

Team Conduct & Vetting
All staff are direct employees (not subcontractors), background-checked in accordance with French labor law, and trained on specific protocols regarding privacy and security in private residences.
What Changes Our Mind (Damage Claim)
We require photo evidence taken by the team before and after the service of any item of significant value (€500+). Without this pre-service documentation, liability for "wear and tear" or "pre-existing scratches" cannot be accepted. This policy protects both the client and the cleaner.
Key Definitions
Standard Clean
Dusting surfaces, vacuuming floors, mopping hard floors, cleaning bathrooms (sink, toilet, shower), kitchen wipe-down (counters, sink). Does not include interior oven or fridge organization.
Deep Clean
Includes all standard tasks plus baseboard scrubbing, window sills, interior cabinet fronts, descaling shower heads, and moving small furniture to clean underneath.
The 17th Arrondissement Clause
Specific to our primary service area: We allow a 30-minute buffer for parking. If no legal parking is found within 500m of the address, we may bill for the parking cost or reschedule.
Client Premises
Any location where services are rendered. The Client is responsible for securing valuables and informing the team of any "Do Not Enter" zones or fragile items prior to service start.
Force Majeure
neatvisiono is not liable for delays caused by strikes (common in Paris), extreme weather, or transit disruptions. Services will be rescheduled at the earliest available slot.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute regarding service quality or billing, the client must notify neatvisiono via email within 24 hours of service completion. We commit to a 48-hour response window to initiate mediation.
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any legal proceedings shall take place in the courts of Paris (Tribunal de Commerce).
